Ascend is a student-led publication built by a dedicated team of University of Oregon School of Journalism and Communication journalists, photographers, and designers. Born from passionate storytelling, the 124-page sports and outdoor magazine highlights those who live boldly. Whether they are scaling mountains or shattering records, these individuals embody an unrelenting tenacity to inspire others while testing their limits. Readers can expect a dynamic roster of world travelers, elite athletes, Oregon legends, and everyone in between.
